Refund Policy

We offer refund within the first 7 days of your advance payment for work, if 7 days have passed since your advance payment and work confirmation email, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds

• After your confirmation to quote we have send for your project, you can cancel within 7 days.
• Your work must not be urgent work request after payment, if we have started working on your request we will not be able to give you full refund.
• To process your refunb, we require a confirmation email from same email which used to confirm our work quotation.
• Once Graphics work is started or given first version for client review we will not be able to give your refund for your work order. However we will be more than happy to make modifications to your design for your maximum satisfation.

The following are exempt from refunds

• Domain name purchased on behalf of client.
• SSL Certificated bought on behalf of client.
• Business Emails purchased on behalf of client.
